I got a dog jacket from BaxterBoo and it was pretty much what I was expecting. The fabric feels nice and it looks really cute on my pup, so no complaints there. Shipping was totally fine too. The only thing is the sizing was a bit Different than I figured it would be, so I’d definitely say check the measurements before ordering. overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy from them again.

Got a dog sweater from BaxterBoo it’s nicer than I thought. Thick fabric, clean stitching, washed fine. My pup wears it nonstop and it still looks new.

I’ve used BaxterBoo a few times when I’m looking for things I can’t always find at the usual pet stores. Dog clothes, harnesses, toys, little accessories… there’s a lot. Almost too much sometimes. But I do like that they actually have different sizes and styles instead of just the same few basic options everywhere else.

The only thing is, browsing can turn into a whole project. I’ll click in for one thing and then I’m scrolling forever, and a few items I liked were out of stock. Not a dealbreaker for me, though. Still a good site when I want more choices for my dog and don’t mind sorting through everything.

I was happy they actually had my dog’s size in stock, which doesn’t always happen. The only downside was that it took me a little while to find it, and the selection still felt a bit picked over. But overall, I’m glad I was able to get what I needed and leave with the right fit.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness for my dog, i was expecting the exchange process to be annoying. Thankfully, it ended up being much easier than I thought.

BaxterBoo got back to me quickly and explained exactly what I needed to do. I sent the harness back, and the replacement size came through without any confusion or unnecessary back-and-forth.

Overall, it was a really smooth experience. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again because it’s nice knowing exchanges are handled in a straightforward way
